The Toys for Tots Fundraiser Team Competition being run by CrossFit Bellevue & CrossFit Interbay is just a week away. We are excited by the large number of gyms participating in this event. Thank you!

Get there early; all 4 team members will need to sign a waiver the morning of the event. Remember if each team member doesn’t bring a toy for donation then an additional 50 dollars will be charged, this money will go to Toys for Tots so it’s still a win but we’d love to see a lot of toys.  Spectators will need to pay a 10 dollar entry fee(which will go to Toys for Tots) or doContinue Reading

Here we go, the final two WODs for the December 2nd Toys for Tots Fundraiser Throwdown!!!! Only 10 Team spots left. Remember all teams will complete all 5 WOD's.

WOD #4:

1 Mile Run

Yes a 1 mile run! You won’t need to carry anything, you won’t need to jump over anything, and you won’t need to low crawl under anything. All 4 teammates will take off at the same time, run together and finish 1 mile together. The last member of the team to cross the finish line ends your teams time. Pace each other strong.  Like Ricky Bobbi say's "GO FAST"

For the final WOD we will Continue Reading

It takes a special relationship between two people to run an amazing competition that's challenging and a lot of fun.  Which is why Dan with CrossFit Bellevue and Ron with CrossFit Interbay are a great match.

I can't quite summarize into words how we balance each other but this picture below summarizes it.

We can't wait for December 2nd.  Bring unwrapped toys and get ready to work.

Sunday, December 2nd, 2012 CrossFit Bellevue & CrossFit Interbay will be hosting a competition for Teams only.  Four person teams with 2 men and 2 women will compromise each team.

We have a limited number of teams spots.  This will also be a fundraiser for Toys for Tots.

Toys for Tots is a program run by the United States Marine Corps Reserve which donates toys to children whose parents cannot afford to buy them gifts for Christmas.

So come out and have a great time at the competition and raise toys and donations for a good cause.

    Cfib_tiger
The registration fee is $100 per team and each person on the team needs to bring a toy to donate to Toys for Tots, if they don't bring a toy then an additional 50 dollars will be added to the registration fee, however all the extra money is donated to Toys for Tots, so they win no matter what :) more information is here. http://www.bellevueinterbaythrowdown.com/register_here
